I aim to inspire, enhance, and facilitate your journey towards optimal performance, health, and well being. I strive to provide a safe, inviting and comfortable atmosphere for clients seeking any outcome–whether it be recovery, stress management, or simple relaxation.
I am a graduate of Boulder College of Massage Therapy, where today’s gold standard for methods in massage therapy was first established and continues to thrive. I am trained in Swedish, Shiatsu, Neuromuscular, Myofacial Release (MFR) , Sports, Orthopedic, and Prenatal techniques. Through functional, structural and integrative massage techniques, I provide a framework for you to develop a holistic connection between body and mind, and a platform to sustain active and busy lifestyles.
I have a Bachelors of Science in Sports and Exercise Science, from Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington, where I rowed crew and was a four-time Division II National Champion. I am passionate about leading an active lifestyle of my own, and firmly believe that is an essential element to understanding the importance of receiving wholesome, quality bodywork to excel in your own pursuits. When time permits, you can find me coaching the University of Colorado Women’s Rowing Team, cycling, running, skiing uphill, downhill, or simply loving the outdoors.
My style tends towards deep tissue and MFR, and I have experience working with amateur, professional, and recreational athletes; prenatal women; and, physically and cognitively challenged persons.

Massage therapy is indicated for maintaining health and well being, reducing stress and tension, reducing pain, preventing injury, and can be beneficial in a treatment plan to recovering from injury. After assessing a client, it may be in the clients best interest that the practitioner refer you to an osteopath, chiropractor, nutritionist, orthopedic surgeon, or alternative health care provider. Additional referrals available upon request.
The first five minutes of a session is an intake, collecting a medical history and determining goals for the session. A detailed interview, health history, and posture analysis will taken so your experience is as unique to each client.
Privacy and Draping
Privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times. During the session, clients are on a massage table undressed to their level of comfort. Throughout the session, the client will remain covered and draped with sheets and towels, uncovering only the body part to be worked on. The genitals are never exposed or massaged.
Each session is meant to meet the goals of the client. If anything is uncomfortable, either physically or psychologically I expect the client to communicate this with me so I am able to adjust accordingly.
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made prior to treatment. I accept cash, checks, and credit cards. Individuals with financial constraints are welcome to discuss as sliding fee scale.
*If fees are increased, ample notification will be provided from practitioner to client.
If you are dissatisfied with the massage and have clearly communicated your expectations, you will receive a full refund within 10 days of the session.
